Titan Industries
RFID-Based Jewlery Tracking System

Problem
Titan Industries was having serious trouble preserving the authenticity and security of their huge jewelry stock.
The intricacy required to stop counterfeiting was lacking in traditional tracking and verification techniques, which might lead to inventory discrepancies and put the brand at danger of fraud.
A discreet and impenetrable tracking solution is desperately needed because this gap not only jeopardized operational efficiency but also posed a serious risk to customer trust and brand integrity.
Process & Solution
For Titan jewelry collections, Kavis IT developed an advanced RDIF based tracking solutions tailored according to their wants.
Our solution was very creative. We introduced ultra-miniature RFID tags, each measuring just 0.5mm x 0.5mm, seamlessly embedded into individual jewelry items of their collection eventually not affecting the aesthetic nature or the wearability of the jewelry.
The RFID tags that we gave them have real-time, item-level identification and authentication, allowing them to instantly distinguish original genuine products from other counterfeits.
This very system has enabled the Titan Company with end-to-end visibility into inventory movements and improved the traceability and security of every jewelry, all at once seamlessly while the existing inventory processes.
Impact
The RFID-based technology, which is already being implemented in Titan's R&D division and is getting close to market readiness, is a breakthrough in safe inventory control.
It significantly reduces the likelihood of counterfeiting, enhances fraud detection, and builds brand trust by ensuring product authenticity.
By offering a scalable, discrete, and highly reliable method of protecting valuable assets and upholding customer trust, the state-of-the-art tracking technology sets the standard for the jewelry industry.
